How to prepare eyebrows for Lamination and a Hybrid Stain
Your preparation will be different depending on whether you are using the lamination system on its own, with a tint or with a stain.
Preparing the client's skin and hair immediately prior to their treatment is so crucial for successful results. Poor preparation can lead to poor product development, and poor longevity of results.
Step 1
Decant Buff Browz Purify directly onto the brows and work it into the skin and hair using a shampoo brush. Remove using a damp cotton pad.
Step 2
If you are using a tint or a stain after laminating the eyebrows, you will need to prep the skin as well as the hair. This involves using the Buff Browz Polish. We would recommend working this into the skin with a silicone brush to avoid causing any grazes in the skin which can cause irritation. Rinse the hairs using Buff Browz Purify.
Step 3
Drench cotton pads in Buff Browz Detox and thoroughly clean the brows to completely remove any residue of oils.

Rose Water boasts antibacterial properties and reduces any redness in the skin.
Isopropyl Myristate encourages the hair to absorb all of the nutrients as well as have a moisturising and softening effect.
Panthenol/Vitamin B5 is a great amino acid which aids hair regeneration and hydration.
Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein is a key ingredient to aid regeneration and rebuild the keratin structure.
Vitamin E is a top-rated antioxidant to aid protection.
Glycerine aids moisture and hydration and flattens and seals the hair cuticles.
Hyaluronic Acid locks in moisture within both the hair and the skin.
BROW POLISH
The Buff Browz Brow Polish is a sensational apricot kernel scrub that gently, but effectively removes dead skin cells. It is suitable for all skin types and should be massaged into the brows manually or with a soft brush. It has been perfectly designed to prepare the skin appropriately prior to a tinting or a staining procedure to allow for a thorough skin grab. It has a neutral pH of 7 which allows you to use it throughout the procedure and in between steps without disruption to skin, hair or how the active products perform. The Saline, Niacinamide and Citric Acid all work together to completely detox the hairs and skin of any impurities without causing any sensitivity. Saline acts as a disinfectant to minimise any risk of infection or cross-contamination, but it also increases the oxidation of fatty acids that sit on the skin and within the hairs, thus causing them to break down. Niacinamide is the perfect antioxidant for both the skin and the hair. As well as detoxing the skin and hair, it aids hydration and minimises any redness and inflammation. It also aids circulation which is key for bringing oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles.
